Suniai means listening, it is a practice, an art, where the deeper you go the more profound the experience. We will chant four pauris (verses) from the Japji – the Sikh morning prayer. When you listen and meditate deeply you discover everything is listening – the earth, the heavens, the oceans, all the worlds. The universe is conscious and listening, and nothing is separate. Listening, you know what is needed. Listening, the unreachable comes within your grasp.
