All you need to prepare for the European Yoga Festival

PLAN FOR THE WEATHER!
Although this area of France is often hot in the daytime, it can cold get at night. Be sure to bring warm clothes and shawls/blankets. Also bring rain gear, so that you can still enjoy the camp if it rains. Don’t forget a plastic groundsheet to protect your mat from the dew.
ESSENTIALS TO BRING
Essentials: plate, bowl, cutlery, cups for both hot and cold beverages. We will sell talis (Traditional Indian stainless steel plates) on site but we will have nothing to contain the morning soup so bring your own!

FOR SADHANA,WORKSHOPS,LANGAR,TANTRIC
Bring a Yoga mat, rug, or sheepskin. A plastic groundsheet – to insulate and protect from the damp/dew. Warm clothes, blankets, shawls.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM TAKING ON SITE
Drugs, Alcohol, Cigarettes/vapes, any flammable materials including candles, incense, lighters, and matches (this goes for vendors in the bazaar as well), meat, pets/animals, aerosol sprays, disposable plates and cups. Keep your electronic devices to a minimum as there are limited electrical outlets for recharging them. Same with your valuables as there is no safe to leave them in.

MOBILES AND WIFI
We reckon a ‘digital detox’ will bring you to a deeper experience of Self.
If needed the wifi on-site is working well and free of charge. We now offer a mobile charging station next at the Info Booth during opening hours. We discourage charging devices outside these hours or in unsupervised locations within the camp.
EMERGENCY
There is a First aid station and a Crisis Intervention Team, which will be located in the château itself.
Emergency hotlines:
Safe guards: +336 0491 1774
First aid: +336 2355 8020 (for emergencies outside opening hours)
