The Safeguard and Welcome team will greet you upon your arrival and show you the steps ahead.

If you arrive by Car/ Bus / Festival Shuttle / Taxi / Camper Van

Welcome! Please follow the signs on-site and the map, and reach out to the Safeguards. Have the confirmation of registration ready. Our friendly Safeguard team will greet you at the entrance and show you where to drop off your luggage. The luggage will then be collected by our festival luggage crew, marked, and transported to one of the drop-off points in the camping area, which you will indicate later after choosing your spot. Go to the Welcome Area to receive the Festival Bracelet and get more info on the process, like in a 5 stars hotel, your luggage will be taken care of.

Welcome booth and registration

Upon your arrival you will be directed to these two booths and you will be taken car of by the wonderteam of Welcome & Registration.

Booked Room, Tent, Bed,…

If you have booked an accommodation visit the Accommodation Counter in the Welcome Area after registration to check in.

Karma Yoga

Go to the Karma Yoga Counter, receive your Karma Yoga Registration Card.

Saturday August 5th from 9 am until 7 pm

Sunday August 6th from 1 pm until 2 pm

Monday August 7th from 1 pm until 2 pm

Tuesday August 8th from 2 pm until 7 pm

Wednesday August 9th from 7 am until 8 am

Make sure to have food with you as the first meal will be served at 4 pm
