Pregnancy Yoga - Various Teachers

Pregnancy is a time of creating a vessel for a new life, a new reality, we are gestating a seed of life.
Pregnancy can happen without much of women’s conscious participation, but if we consciously direct the consciousness to participate in the creation of consciousness then this anchors absolutely different experience and existence for the new soul. It’s like building a home from whatever you can find handy or building it from the best materials with best architect and best builders who love their work. End result will be different. To get there The woman has to realise herself not as an ordinary person, but the highest divine expression worthy of living in the palace and giving birth to a Saint-Prince or Saint-princess. First of all woman has to raise her own vibration. This is a daily task. How to achieve this? Through daily spiritual practice.

2 DAYS TO AWAKEN THE INNER HEALER - Lakhmi Chand Singh

We all carry an inner healer. There are myths and legends that create a lot of insecurity, as honesty makes you not want to be an impostor while also striving for tangible results.

Healing is not about performing miracles, although they can happen.

Over the course of 2 days, we will work on the fears of the healer, grounding common myths and fears to give them a real and spiritual purpose.

Then, we will delve into the deep space of the divine and healing to recognize the Healing Soul, and we will practice a beautiful pranic healing technique in pairs.

These two days will be dedicated to letting go of fear and insecurity, gaining confidence, and recognizing the healing soul that we all possess.

I look forward to seeing you and wishing you a healing and divine journey.

BHANDA JAMEIA

Jappa and explanation of Guru Nanaks 'Banda Jamiai' composition - a revolutionary declaration of the importance of women, that came during a time of female suppression.

Ishwara Kaur leads an explanation and chant to give a profound experience of this divine shabad for the closing day of the festival.

The 3HO (Healthy, Happy, Holy) lifestyle is an integral system whose basic teachings are those of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Through these teachings a multitude of micro universes are united.

Topics

In the 50 years that these practical and spiritual teachings have been spread and lived, they have become important practices in today’s holistic world. From Ayurveda to permaculture, from martial arts to numerology, education, ecological awareness, conscious birthing and grieving, yogic Shakti Dance, meditative healing Sat Nam Rasayan, chiropractic and acupuncture, conscious business and much more. All of these practices have found their place in the system offered by the 3HO teachings.

For over 40 years, each European Kundalini Yoga Festival has offered workshops to discover and deepen the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. Today this “second generation” of teachers is ready to share with you how they have applied what they have received, studied in their own specificity and understanding.

Healthy Happy Holy

This year’s program and workshops will revolve around the needs of sangat. What are the problems we face in our daily lives, and how can we help each other master them?

We will create a mix of in-depth courses on desired topics within the general themes of: Healthy (body related), Happy (mind related),Holy (spirit related).

Of course, there is always the possibility to discover new masters in a more intimate way with the famous workshops in the forest.

Round tables will also be proposed.

White Tantric

For those who do not wish to participate in White Tantra. A deep meditation will be offered on the first day. The second and third days can be used to help build the Totem that will receive the wishes of the sangat on Peace Prayer Day, the last day of the Festival, or to create an activity for it (all your ideas are welcome in the creativity box)

White Tantra is back and its adepts will be delighted to find the “roots” aspect of the early years by putting their sheepskin on the ground!

Nest Tents

There will also be Nest Tents for: Silver Chair Yoga Tent for physically challenged people, Rainbow Tent for the LGBQTA+ community, Blue Tent for men and Red Tent for women.

EYF Kids

The kids’ camps will be just as fun and adventurous as in previous years, with this year’s third generation taking over and leading some of the workshops offered at these camps!

Music

Music programs will always be a highlight of the festival and we will make sure not to fill up all the tents in the bazaar to make room for some impromptu and cozy jams.

Sadhana

This year’s Sadhana will be acoustic, as the Jambville domain is surrounded by residents and scout camps for whom it is hard to wake up every day at 5.00 a.m. with prayers and songs as melodious as they are …

Gurdwara

The Gurdwara located in the heart of the camp will, as always, welcome new and experienced participants each morning after sadhana.

Rock out night

This year also sees the return of the live Rockout night, so grab your instruments! Didgeridoo, drums, guitars, flutes, tambourines, maracas and vocals

Day of Prayer for Peace

A day dedicated to peace, after a week in which the inner world of the participants has been in turmoil, we meditate together before leaving. A day to set intentions for oneself, for the 3HO community and for the inhabitants of the earth, with actions of forgiveness, sharing, commitments, prayers, dances and friendship circles.

Program

We will also see to it that you have a program posted in all corners of the festival. If you wish, you can also download it in your own language and print it at home, so that you can leave your laptop in your bag.

Bazaar

A vibrant buzz. In the middle of the festival area. The Bazaar opens every day between 5 and 10 pm. Vendors from all over the world display products of high consciousness. Most of them are directly pointed to enhance your practice of kundalini yoga. There is Chai, Lassi and Juices for a delicious hydration.

Healing Area
