Ayurveda is not an Indian medicine!

"Consuming ginger, scratching your tongue and drinking hot water is not enough to do Ayurveda.
Only the person who is aware and observant of the laws of nature walks on the path of Ayurveda.”
Ayurveda is not applying rules that are from old books!
Neither about eating Indian food and spices!
So, what is Ayurveda, and how to apply this science to our daily life?
Join this workshop to dive into the essence of Ayurveda and its concrete application as a yogi.
