BreathWalk combines simply walking, rhythm breath patterns and meditative awareness. It's a gentle, relaxing whilst also energizing breathing and walking. BreathWalk comes from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga. BreathWalk is simple and can be learned in every age.
Every Walk is split into five parts: awaken… align … vitalize … balance … integrate.
One of the 20 walks is strengthen the energy reserves and another transforms depression into clearness and connection.
