Stress, anxiety and insomnia are at high levels in modern society, are growing in prevalence, and are exerting a substantial negative impact on wellness, quality of life and well-being. This workshop will introduce the current burden of these conditions and their characteristics and causes. We will also present the rationale for why yoga practices are relevant for effectively addressing all of these conditions and present the published scientific research evidence supporting the use of yoga.
