Closing the centre line – Diastasis Recti

We will learn an effective hands-on technique to close the gap in the belly muscles. We will practice simple exercises that anyone can do. This “openness” in the center line can cause physical problems, energy loss and spiritual difficulties. Lets share this knowledge of how to close the gap in the belly because a strong navel centre – a strong woman.

Teacher's bio

Yola is a performer/choreographer, Dancing For Birth™ Trainer and mother of 2 boys. She teaches workshops on Diastasis Recti in several countries. She initiated a Red Tent for women in the community where she lives, leads a sharing circle for mothers after a traumatic birth experience and loves the sparkles of sun on the sea.
