Day 1. learn to better understand your personal causes for your uncomfortable patterns and learn to regulate them even more finely with yoga.
Day 2. Free yourself from destructive patterns of thinking and behaviour by understanding your brain better.
Day 1. Dedicate yourself to your self-commitment to more freedom from uncomfortable patterns and let the Sangat support you.

Teacher's bio

Guru Sant Kaur loves to support people in their tender developmental impulses. As a lead trainer for Kundalini Yoga, psychotherapist and trauma EMDR therapist, she values sharing her knowledge of yoga and therapy and trauma. She always likes to understand new connections in her field of work, in which she has been active for almost 30 years.
