Teacher's bio

Jai Mandeva Kaur has practised yoga for 20 years. She has a background in the Performing Arts and Theatre. She taught yoga/meditation with breathing exercises in alcohol and drug rehabilitation centres in various communities and she covered classes at Acorn Studios and Artfix in Woolwich. She also taught at Joy in Dalston Junction and Blithe studio in Stratford. Now she teaches KY prenatal and postnatal 1 to1 and group of women. She also organised women circle online.
