The class will allow the sangat to listen, meditate and be inspired by the life and teachings of the Sikh Gurus and inspirational hero’s. The spirit and soul will be touched and awakened by the divine teachings.
Recitation of certain Shabads and stories will allow the participants to connect to their inner self and delve deeper into the meanings behind certain verses and compilations embedded in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib( The sacred text of the Sikhs)

Teacher's bio

Sardarni Navleen Kaur is an Educational Consultant & Community educator. She is head of Sikh Ministry at Pioneer Secondary Academy and teaches Gurmat worldwide. Recently she has been awarded a MBE from the Kings Honours award in the UK for her work with Women and interfaith relationships. She is the founder of Sahara sisterhood and Khalsa fostering.She holds a BA Hons in French Literature from UCL and an Mphil in Educational Psychology from Cambridge University.
