Love your pelvic floor

A workshop for both men and women. Roughly 40% of women will experience some sort of prolapse in their lifetime, that's a shocking statistic. A prolapse is when the pelvic organs move form their original position, which can be for myriad reasons the main one being a weak pelvic floor. We are blessed in Kundalini Yoga to do a lot of root lock which helps strengthen our pelvic floor but there's so much more we can incorporate into our yoga practice to build strength into our pelvic floors. Teacher's bio

Kiranjot is full time kundalini yoga teacher and doula based in London. She's taught yoga since 2008 and attended births since 2010. She brings her experience to the festival from working intimately with hundreds of women and their families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and menopause.
