Mind your mind and meditate

As Patanjali wrote in the first Sutra, "Yogas cittā-vrtti nirodah" – Yoga is the control of thought waves in the mind. Meditation is an integral part of Kundalini Yoga and a way to awaken the meditative, the neutral mind, like poetry awakens the heart. Yogi Bhajan reminds us that meditation is work and nothing romantic. This workshop is exploring the nature of the mind, its tricks and mind-games. It highlights the first four of the 21 stages towards the merger of your finite and infinite Self.
