Fatigue-related health conditions are on the rise and can impede our ability to live life joyfully and to our fullest potential. This type of fatigue often requires a deep, multi-system approach in order to begin to heal.
Practiced in the right way, Kundalini Yoga is a beautiful, sustainable tool for doing just this!

Teacher's bio

Originally a Human Rights Lawyer, Chiara spent her 20s working in El Salvador, Colombia and Palestine for organisations including the U.N. Refugee Agency & Amnesty International. After becoming seriously unwell with post-viral M.E. / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chiara began to use Kundalini yoga and breathwork as a tool for healing. She has focused her learning on Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Yoga for Trauma & Sat Nam Rasayan. She loves to share this knowledge and support others in their own healing.
