We are blessed to have these teachings and practices to support us, keep us healthier, happier. But what can we do when we meet the challenges, the unbearable, the profane.
We are a part of creation, a master creator in ourselves, and we are created by our culture, our history, and the people, the environment around us.
Amrit Jiwan brings the practices of Kundalini Yoga and meditation to open and still the mind. Creating space for new perceptions, ways of seeing, that free us.
Teacher's bioAmrit Jiwan is an inspirational teacher, healer and musician dedicated to providing loving spaces of healing and transformation through Kundalini Yoga sacred mantra music, sound immersions and the art of Sat Nam Rasayan healing.
