Trauma pervades our society and is the underlying cause of unhappiness, poor health and emotionally disconnected. Trauma is often seen as catastrophic events, like war, abuse, disasters, and considered unusual. There is trauma spectrum & it is any form of psychic injury embedded in our nervous system, mind & body, triggerable at any moment. In the 2 workshops, we explore types of trauma, practise kundalini yoga kriyas, mantras, meditation to reduce its impact on our lives, reclaim our happiness.
