Lost or shared codes remain the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
If the Festival is postponed or rescheduled, the Gift Voucher remains valid and can be used for three years from purchase.
Voucher codes must be kept secure.
Codes that are lost, shared publicly, or used without authorization cannot be replaced.
