A Pre-Sale deposit is the most cost-effective way to attend the festival. By paying a deposit early, you secure 15% off the Full Price ticket when they go on sale, and the deposit you’ve paid will be deducted from your final ticket price.

Yes – you can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per order.

• Pre-Sale: You place a €150 deposit, which gives you 15% off the Full Price ticket when they go on sale. The €150 deposit you have already paid will also be deducted from the final ticket price.

• Early Bird: 10% off the ticket price.

• Full Price: No discount applied.

Yes – you can purchase a Pre Sale deposit for someone else. At this stage, we only require the buyer’s information during purchase. When Full Price tickets go on sale, we will send you a unique purchase link where you can provide the attendee information for each ticket.

Yes – you can receive a full refund of your Pre Sale deposit up until 31st January 2026. After this date, no refunds are possible.

No – booking fees and transaction charges are always non-refundable.

No – Pre Sale deposits are non-transferable.

If we cancel the festival, you’ll receive a full refund of your ticket price. We do not cover travel costs.

You will receive an email confirmation of your Pre Sale deposit purchase. On 1st February 2026, we will send you a unique link to purchase your Full Price festival ticket with 15% off and your deposit deducted from the final price.

No – the 15% discount only applies to the festival ticket price. The €150 deposit will also only be deducted from the ticket price.
