Ayurveda - Why eating healthy isn’t sufficient?

"Ajīrṇa (indigestion) is the source of all diseases"
According to Āyurveda, we are not what we eat, we are what we digest! In this workshop, Luc Maudonnet, Ayurvedic specialist and consultant, will guide you on how food can serve as a powerful remedy for your life and a support for your yoga practice.

Āyurveda views each individual as unique, positing that "what is a remedy for you can be toxic for the other!" This workshop aims to provide practical tips and demonstrations to help you understand what and how to eat.

Sat Nam Rasayan - SNR International School

As our world evolves with the advent of technology and changes in planetary frequencies, this series of three classes seeks to immerse you in the experience of your own presence, the unity of life and consciousness. It's not about formulas, opinions, or complaints; it's purely about experience. These teachings from Yogi Bhajan assert that life is not about academic achievement or formal education; what truly matters is experiential understanding.

The school of Sat Nam Rasayan was established in 1980 by Guru Dev Singh, following Yogi Bhajan's call to make this healing tradition accessible to the public. The International School of Sat Nam Rasayan provides various levels of instruction to help individuals deepen their knowledge and experience. This year, the Sat Nam Rasayan teachers at the festival include Deva Singh, Fateh Singh, and Seva Kaur.

NeuroMeditation - Sohan Kaur

Discover how to amplify your brain's performance through meditation. Our perception, based on sensory information, shapes our reality. Nevertheless, our brain, which interprets this information, is prone to misinterpretations. In this workshop, we will delve into the neurobiological principles that dictate our brain's functioning. Using specific meditations, breathing techniques, and the timeless wisdom of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, we aim to uncover these misinterpretations to facilitate improved decision-making.

It offers a transformative experience and profound insights that facilitate changes in thinking and behavioural patterns.

Gong of Bliss

Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound as it flows through you, awakening your true self and elevating you into the blissful state of oneness. The gong, revered as a sacred instrument, is believed to be one of the most potent tools for healing in a trance state. The experience of multiple gongs, played in synchronicity and with shared intent, is overwhelmingly transformative. The sound current heals blockages and stored pain, subsequently opening consciousness to connect with the divine. Relax, tune in, and let your soul's light vibrate.

In each of us resides an inner healer. However, the road to acknowledging and harnessing this power is often hindered by myths, insecurities and fears. Healing is not always about spectacular miracles, although they can occur.

In this two-day workshop, we will address the insecurities and fears associated with the healing process, giving them a realistic and spiritual grounding. We will explore the divine healing space to recognize our Healing Soul and practice a profound pranic healing technique in pairs.

Join us as we dedicate these two days to overcoming fear and uncertainty, building confidence, and acknowledging the inherent healing soul in each of us. I look forward to guiding you on this healing and divine journey.

By conducting an individual test, you will learn to interpret the signals your body is sending you. From there, we will explore how adopting yogic practices and lifestyle changes can significantly improve your health, happiness, and holiness.

Every walk is split into five parts: awaken, align, vitalize, balance, and integrate. One of the 20 walks strengthens the energy reserves, and another transforms depression into clearness and connection.

During my study (1985 - 1990), I traveled to India and practiced Hatha Yoga, Shivananda Yoga, Power Yoga, Asthanga yoga. In 2001 I went to Satya Singh for a Kundalini Yoga class, and I was so touched that I decided to do the teacher training. Since 2002, I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga. I have trained with teachers like Satya Singh and Kartha Singh in France, attended 3HO SuperHealth Workshop with Mukta Kaur Khalsa, studied NVC in Germany and India, and participated in the Yoga festival in Ram Das Puri in New Mexico. I also completed the BreathWalk training in 2009.

It’s like building a home from whatever you can find handy or building it from the best materials with best architect and best builders who love their work. End result will be different. To get there The woman has to realise herself not as an ordinary person, but the highest divine expression worthy of living in the palace and giving birth to a Saint-Prince or Saint-princess. First of all woman has to raise her own vibration. This is a daily task. How to achieve this? Through daily spiritual practice.
