Our eight-day yoga festival program includes activities for all ages, nationalities, backgrounds, and levels. Experience multiple stages offering a variety of uplifting yoga workshops, mind-expanding lectures, creative dance sessions, deep meditation classes, and sacred chant concerts, all rooted in the rich tradition of Kundalini Yoga.

A typical day looks like…

Rise together

Start your day with hundreds of yogis for a morning practice of yoga, chanting, and meditation outdoors. This energising session is followed by optional chanting at the Gurdwara, creating a serene start to your day.

Eat together

Enjoy a week of delicious, organic vegetarian food prepared with love and care. Our meals are designed to nourish your body and soul, fostering a sense of community as we share meals.

Serve together

Contribute to the community by dedicating 2 hours to seva (selfless service), a fundamental part of yogic life. Seva not only supports the yoga festival but also offers a profound bonding experience for participants.

Learn together

Engage in a full day of yoga workshops and experiences for the mind, body, and soul. Our program includes community classes, children’s yoga, and various enriching activities tailored to all ages and backgrounds.
